"Generally a decent hotel with great facilities and room size. Could have put more emphasis on small details like choice of light switches (looks white and very plain, not matching the vibe).
One thing to note that if you book room on the victory annexe, you’re not able to use facilities (swimming pool and breakfast) at the heritage wing. But you got your own pool and breakfast location at Victory Annexe.
Overall it’s still a great option at Penang!"
"Room is clean and the blue mansion is very beautiful indeed. The breakfast is a semi-buffet and very tasty. AC is very strong and the room offer cool respite from the heat"
"Got coin laundry just on the first floor, very convenient. Also, each room is equip with a tank of water for refill, no need to purchase whater, simply brong in empty water bottle. Sounding have many places to eat, including authentic penang food."
