“The room is huge but it was old and the air conditioner is noisy. The room is not spotless clean, there are some strands of hair in the bathroom/ tub and the pool is dirty. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay.”

“The room had hair everywhere. From the towels, to the floors. Gross. The toilet took 15 minutes to flush each time. The first guy at the front desk really didn’t seem to care and said maintenance was gone. The woman upon check out took note and said she would report the issues to the GM. Hopefully, she does. I use this hotel often when I’m visiting family, and we normally have a pleasant stay here.”

“I made a reservation for a NON-SMOKING room. Immediately upon opening the door, I could smell the signs of cigarette smoke in the room. I found cigarette burns on the bathtub, where cigarettes were left on the edge of the tub. I also found a burn hole in the linen on the bed. There was no remote in the room for the TV. I talked to the individual at the front desk, and was told that all rooms of the establishment were non-smoking. There were non-smoking signs on a few rooms, but there was……
