Garbage, used soap and dirty linen. Let’s office know got attitude back and placed in another room that was slightly better. Boy was I wrong. The bathroom was dirty. Hair and dirt all over the floors. Linens and towels were not washed and completely unsanitary. The window coverings were broken. Had to put them back together. There were holes in the front door to the point that I could look into my room and had to put stickers over the holes so people wouldn’t look into the room. I have a young daughter who was getting dressed in the room. Found dead cockroaches. Owners response to the room being dirty and the bugs was “oh thanks for telling me”. Will not be staying again or having family stay here. My room lacked currents so light was shinning in the room all night making it hard to sleep. The floors were so dirty that I left my shoes on until I got into bed. My Mom's room had dirty sheets with stains on them so she had to move to another room. The room was okay it was clean but it was very dark. The beds were comfy and my grandson enjoyed the tv. But the overall mood of the room was dark.
