The “hot tub” was in the low 80s barely warmer than the pool it was cold. Other guests mentioned it too. The staff had no concerns about it and did nothing to help. We would not stay here again. It is not a 4 star place, maybe it once was but whoever is managing it is doing a terrible job.”

“Unfortunately, this hotel was a huge disappointment and did not match the photos or the price we paid. The room looked much older and was significantly smaller than the pictures suggested. It also wasn't very clean, and it seemed like housekeeping had missed several areas. The bathroom door wouldn't close properly, and the wall-mounted body wash dispenser was loose because the screws had come out, making the room feel poorly maintained.
