Room was at 59 degrees when we opened the door. The heater wasn't heating after I turned it on. Finally got the staff to get us another room. If you want in room coffee, be prepared to carry a tray of the coffeemaker and all its components, plus the coffee & condiments back to your room. Coffee is available only by request. When they gave me the coffeemaker, I found the two cups with it were both coffee stained. They replaced the cups. Out of curiosity, I ran the coffeemaker through one cycle with no coffee in it. I've done this with mine at home, and the water comes out a little coffee stained. This came out almost as dark as a strong tea. I elected not to have the in room coffee. There is quite the build up of dirt in the corners of the bathroom as well as on the hinges of the door - yes, I took photographs. The breakfast did have some regular pork sausage in contrast to those places that for some reason serve pulled pork or other silly breakfasts. Breakfast was the nicer part of our stay.
