"This is the perfect little cottage. We didn't really have any expectations, but my grandson loved playing outdoors in the stream and on the property. It is close to town and the grocery store. It's in a very quiet neighborhood. I loved looking at the lightning bugs at night and the beautiful sky. The inside was very clean and exactly what we were looking for."

Great location, very quiet except for the nearby construction. We would recommend you not go in cool -- or most definitely cold -- months. The place doesn't have central heat, which is fine, but the heaters it does have are simply not sufficient to keep the house warm. Not pleasant to come home to.
