The Palacio Condominiums were dreamy and perfect! The balcony was my favorite place to sit and have coffee every morning. The kitchen was stocked with the utensils and pans we needed. The fridge was spotless and had a great ice maker. The en suite bathroom was spacious with a roomy shower. We especially enjoyed the delicious restaurants located conveniently across the street.

The apartment, view, and accommodations were excellent. The only issue was the WiFi went out at 12 midnight the night before check out and never came back up.

We loved the location. The condo could use some tlc. We came into used bedding the dresser was broken just very second hand amenities thrown together into a condo look. The elevator definitely needs some tlc. Which we were only in the condo to shower and sleep we spent most of our time on the beach or at the pool which were both amazing

This place was so beautiful! Not only was the condo itself well maintained, but the views were amazing. I had gotten the 3 bed cause that was all that was left, but there was a change in plan and my brother in law came out as well so there was plenty of space for everyone (sleeps 8 there were 6 of us)

Good location, not so good condo.

First, the condo looked nothing like it did in the pictures. The rooms were acceptable but the floors were dirty. Spiderwebs in multiple corners. The towel rack was barely hanging on to the wall in the guest bathroom and the wall was badly damaged aroung it like someone had took a hammer to it. The dining room table chairs were made out of some type of hard wicker and sitting on them was not an option. Very painful to the legs. The coffee pot didn't work, the lights at the tennis court across the street did not come on even tho we were told they came on at dark. The hot tub was always closed after dark even tho it didn't seem to be broken The location was perfect, close to the beach and to Orange Beach so that was a plus but as far as the condo itself, it could use some major TLC.

My Wife and i spent our first honeymoon here and it was awesome. Five years later we return with the kids and it was great. Anything we ask for they provided. The pools were perfect. Access to the beach is great even provided us with umbrellas and beach chairs everyday of our stay.The condo was not just a room to sleep it has the personal touch of more than just corporate owned place. Even as we were leaving we already talking about our next stay ...and it will be "The Palacio"

This was my 4th stay at Palacio in 1 year and I have stayed in numerous condos there for 5 years. This Condo should be off the rental market. The furniture is old and smelly, minimum kitchen supplies, and only 2 chairs on the balcony for a condo that sleeps 4 people! I love Perdido Key but will not return to Palacio.
