Riverside Paradise!

  • This highly desirable 2-bedroom 2 bath condo located at the Riverside building overlooking Perdido Key's tranquil "Ole River" and enjoy limited Gulf water views from the south terrace. The primary bedroom hosts a Queen bed and ensuite bath with tub/shower combo and safety bars, while the second bedroom boasts 2 Queen beds and ensuite bath with walk-in shower. The living room consists of a sleeper sofa with 2 recliners, flat screen TV and beautiful crown molding. The fully equipped kitchen offers both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig and flows perfectly into the dining area featuring a stylish glass top table and has additional breakfast bar seating.
    SeaSpray offers 3 refreshing pools (pools are open daily from 9am until dusk), a hot tub, kayak rack, lighted tennis/pickleball courts, propane grill house and private boat launch. With traffic-controlled pedestrian walkway, it's just a quick walk across the street to keep your workout schedule on track or for a day full of sun & fun on Perdido Kye's pristine white beaches.
    Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.

    Parking passes are managed by VRPS (Vacation Rental Parking). Guest will receive an invitation to register up to 2 vehicles per condo: $55.00 plus tax, per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $350.00 per week or $55.00 per day.
    Unregistered vehicles will be ticketed, booted or towed at vehicle owner's expense.

    There are (2) Level 2 Blink Electric Vehicle Chargers at SeaSpray Condos in the Riverside parking lot. The 2 spaces are near the maintenance shop.

Wonderful unit, comfortable and very nice decor. Fully stocked kitchen cookware. We loved the beautiful riverside views and fishing from the really nice boat dock! Perfect week - we would stay in this unit again. Our only issue was with toilet in one of the bathrooms and plumber came out pretty quickly and fixed that issue!

Precious Condo

This condo was precious - the beds and sofas were comfortable and it was surprisingly spacious. The kitchen was equipped for cooking! I love to cook and this kitchen made it easy. It had new skillets and everything from mixing bowls to place mats and a knife sharpener! We would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant stay

The stay was pleasant except the internet didn’t work for the first 24 hrs. due to being unplugged. We finally had a service guy from the condo come and found the problem. Other than that the stay was pleasant enough for a ladies Mother’s Day get away.

Great place for a getaway

This property is clean, well-kept, and has a well-appointed kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the extra homey touches such as legos, books and DVDs. unfortunately, the DVD player was broken, but we had PLENTY else do to in the beautiful location!

Great stay

While I thought I'd be on the on the beach it worked out fine. Views were beautiful, condo was nice and clean and spacious. No complaints. Would definitely stay here again.

No beach view at all

Unit itself was very nice , River view from living room was very nice HOWEVER the ad states their is a ocean view from the terrace. THERE IS NO OCEAN VIEW FROM THIS UNIT AT ALL. If you go outside in the elevator hall you can see the horizon Thru some high rises. You have to walk across the main road to get to the parking lot of other buildings on beach side. There is NO directions of how to get to the beach. Once we figured out to go thru the parking garage the codes to pool deck were given to us incorrectly. Overall , do not stay here if you are waiting to be on or see the beach. Sales manager did not seem to care that unit stated beach view and office was closed our entire stay.

Perdido Perfection!

Easy booking and check-in, exceptionally clean, spacious, and well stocked condo with great attention to details, and the perfect location! The Sea Spray Riverside building was perfect for my boating/fishing loving boys and was only a very short walk across the street from the beach. (You can be from the condo unit to the sand in 5 minutes!) We can't wait to be able to stay here again.

Our summer trip

The condo was beautiful with a great view and great location. The beds were comfortable as well as the seating for meals and evening entertainment whether that was game night or movies. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and easy clean up. The washer and dryer was a great benefit to help keep up with towels. We would definitely come back!

Riverside Sea spray

This was a great option to have a water view while not paying the beach price. Just a walk across the street through the other building for the beach.

Love SeaSpray on Old River

We love staying at Sea Spray on the river side because it’s perfect for bringing our boat with us. Our unit was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The pool was cool and refreshing, and the gazebo out back with the grill and cooking area was very nice! We’re already looking forward to our next visit!!

Great mini vacation

We loved staying here! You won't regret it if you book this property for you vacation. The entire condo was extremely clean and well kept. The furniture is so cute & the huge windows overlooking the river are AMAZING.
