Features: Bunk room door, 4 Beach Chairs, 2 Umbrellas plus one hour per day of a kayak or paddle board (Seasonal-Free) / Free Wi-Fi. Waterscape’s A112 has a wonderful view of the Tropical Gardens and Pools and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit is conveniently located on the ground floor and has easy access to the pool area. This condo is stylishly decorated with distinct furnishings and captivating artwork. The open floor plan of this two bedroom unit allows every room to lead onto a spacious patio with outdoor seating. The condominium’s kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table with seating for six people. This beautiful unit offers a twin bunk room for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a full leather sofa sleeper, flat screen smart TV, and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The master bedroom features a king bed with deluxe mattress, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, and a flat screen smart TV. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed with deluxe mattress, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, flat screen TV, and DVD player. There is also a stackable washer/dryer included in the unit for your convenience.

Waterscape Resort features two hot tubs in the courtyard for maximum relaxation and three resort-style pools, one with zero entry, plus the Lay-Z-River and 10-foot waterfall. Multiple pool decks, a kids' pool, and a children's play area complete with splash pad make it easy for guests of all ages to socialize with their neighbors. In addition, barbecue areas with gas grills are scattered throughout the courtyard for family cookouts. The courtyard pavilion is ideal for parties and get-together of all kinds. Just a short walk from the property is the picturesque Fishing Pier and the famous Gulfarium of Fort Walton Beach, which is one of the oldest aquariums in the country. You'll also find miniature golf and shopping in Ft Walton and neighboring Destin, along with plenty of restaurants serving everything from fresh local seafood to ethnic specialties. Facilities for golfing, deep sea fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, sailing and other water sports are just a short drive away.

First time at Ft Walton Beach

We had a great time! Location to pool and beach was perfect. We could hang at the pool and beach all day. We could take a beach walk to Crab Trap restaurant, where we ate amazing fish dinner while looking at the ocean. Then we could hang on our patio in the evening! Great location! Great condo! We will be back!!!

Great resort for families with little kids.

The condo was clean and spacious. It located within walking distance of restaurants and other attractions my 4 and 7 year old loved. The heated pool was great when the Gulf was in the low 60s. We'll be back again next summer.

We had an awesome time at Julie's condo! It is probably the best location at Waterscape and being in a ground floor unit was priceless...so convenient. The condo itself is in great condition, very clean and cozy (with all the kitchen essentials you need by the way). Comfy beds too! We'll definitely be back.

We had last-minute change in Thanksgiving plans and this property was PERFECT! There’s 5 of us - 2 adults and 3 kids (9 & under) - and it was amazing! First level with easy access and right by the pools! We loved it!

This was our 3rd time at Waterscape, but first in this specific condo. We loved the location right beside the pool and lily pad entrance. The bunk room door was appreciated as well. That isn’t something we’ve found in other condos. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect Spot for the Family

Great condo with lots of room for the family. The pool and splash pad were a huge with with my boys and it was so nice to be able to walk out of the patio right onto the pool deck. Julie is extremely responsive and was very pleasant to work with. I’d recommend this property to anyone looking in the Destin/Fort Walton Beach area.

Great condo by the pool & beach

Spacious condo with all the essentials. Great location with patio right outside of pool entrance. We enjoyed the gas grills located around the pool and the tiki hut. The beach is lovely and we were delighted to have chair and umbrella service. Our host was great! She was always responsive to our requests and we extended our stay. This is a great location and I would definitely love to return here each year!

Loved this condo! Quick location to the pools/beach/parking garage. Public walkway is in your front yard if you like privacy may not be for you. Was great for my older parents to just sit and people watch. Property manager was great to work with - excellent communication skills. The only reason I gave it 4 stars on property description was the fact that it only had a twin bunk not a twin bunk and 2 twin beds. The word AND made me think there was another bed. Really no big deal and would definitely book this condo again.

Great Family Vacation

I love reviews and base how I plan trips based off them, so hopefully this will help someone. The owner, Julie was great to work with. I messaged her a couple times and she responded within the next day. When we arrived to the resort we did get turned around in the parking garage a little to find the room. Follow the signs in the parking garage, they help. When we did the code to the door, it worked right away and had no problem getting in. I walked the rooms and everything was in order. Everything was clean. The one bedroom wall does share the stairwell wall for the rest of the resort. So if anyone is coming in and out you can hear the people in the stairwell and the door opening and closing. During the day was no issue, and at night, I just turned on the box fan and that helped drown out the noise. It wasn't so bad that I couldn't sleep at night. The stairwell door does open up next to the porch so that was a little awkward at first. We really enjoyed that fact we were right by the pool entrance. We had a 5 and a 11 year old with us. It was great if they needed to go to the bathroom, we could go right back to our room. We didn't have to wait for an elevator or use the public pool bathroom. We did wait in line around 7:30am to get a pool chair, which you have to do. It was crazy how many people waited in line, and they wouldn't let you get the chair until 8am. It was really crowded, but we never felt we were being pushed out of the area we were in, in the pool. The sliding door to the condo really kept the noise out. That was nice. The bushes by the porch had garbage in them. The resort had something every day that was great for the kids. Bring cash, most things cost money that the resort put on. The fireworks that are shot off from the pier are only about 4 minutes. We didn't think it was worth the wait we did on the beach. On the upper deck had the kiddie splash pad, which was nice. The washer and dryer sound rough when they are running, but they worked. It just surprised us at first with the noise. We appreciated there was a vacuum to use because as much as we tried to keep sand out of the condo, we kept bringing it in. When we went to the beach the first day, we were told that we only got one umbrella and two chairs even though in the description for the condo it said 4 chairs and two umbrellas. So that was a disappointment. The ocean did have a lot of seaweed, but the waves were great. We would book this condo again.

The location of this unit was awesome. Close to everything - pools, beaches, the parking lot and no hassle of an elevator. Condo was clean and just as described. Would definitely stay here again!
