Loving vacation life on the beach

This unit is very nice and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying at this condo. The shower pressure was awesome in both bathrooms. I hope to be able to go back next year.

Perfect place to stay

This was the best condo we have ever stayed in and we have vacationed a lot in fWB, very clean and well equipped, very nicely up to date from kitchen to bathrooms, very family friendly and functional with two teenagers, we will book again in future.

Wonderful!

Very much as advertised. The condo was great, the location was solid, and the view and closeness to the beach simply cannot be better. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful condo

Our stay was wonderful. The condo had everything we could of asked for including beach service. Everything was very clean and the master shower was awsome! Am planning on staying again.

Enjoyed our stay!

It was a quiet get away for our 50th wedding anniversary. Loved watching dolphins from the balcony. No batteries in the remote controls for TV and DVD player so had to buy some.

Weather was cloudy, beaches and restaurants were great.

Nice location, well appointed condo. Could have used a few basics like salt & pepper, paper napkins and plates, dish soap. But all in all a great facility.

I have stayed in many beach condos/houses on the gulf coast before and this was the nicest I have stayed in! We enjoyed the beach and the pool. The pool water was the perfect temperature! Brooks and Shorey was easy to deal with and very professional! My only complaint was that the sofa sleeper was not very comfortable. It would be fine for kids, but not for adults.

Nice view, great condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second visit to Summerlin 502 during tbe week after Christmas. We enjoyed the views and the condo is very nice. However on the 3rd day of our visit there was a jackhammer drilling tile floors. It vibrated the entire facility and was so loud than when I called Brooks and Shorey they could not hear some of our conversation. They said it was off season and these renovations were normal. The agent also said they woud move us but they were full. When I asked for options we were given the number of the association manager. Long story short we talked with the condo manager and they had it stopped. We should have been at advised this could happen.

My family and I love these condos because they’re always clean and comfortable, plus right on the beach! We’ve stayed in various Summerlin condos and have never been disappointed. This is where we go when we just want to relax and recharge. The view is beautiful, there are several good places to eat that are close by, and being able to book several months in advance and making payments is the absolute best part! I know we will be coming back for many more years to come because our stay is always wonderful!! Thanks, Brooks & Shorey!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. My husband was very happy with our condo. I’m a stickler. I found the lighting in the primary to be a bit dark. I also felt the bed was super hard. Overall, we felt the condo was comfortable. Great balcony and beach service was awesome. We would definitely book again.

The view is spectacular. The beach is my happy place. The only reason I did not rate as five stars is because I noticed the fake and dried plants were dusty and had a few cobwebs. I’m not a fan of fake plants for this reason.

Summerlin 502 This property met our expectations based on the description with a great view of the gulf and easy access to the beach. All the appliances in the condo work well, making our week stay very comfortable. We had an issue with the master bedroom bed not being clean. There were stains and hairs on the supposable clean bed sheets. This was reported to the management company and the next morning both beds' linen were changed plus I was partially refunded the cleaning fee. So, in other words, stuff happens and the management company addressed the issue and took full responsibility. Would I stay here again? Yes absolutely
