“It seems like effort was made to keep the property up to date and clean but the customer service was lacking in my opinion! During check in one staff member constantly spoke with the gentleman checking me in while completing ignoring that he was with a customer (me). Meanwhile, even though I requested in the comment section of my Expedia booking that I’d like an early check in there was NO communication as to the availability nor cost of such a thing. Even during my actual check in there was NO……

“Clean, quiet room”

“Easy access to beach .People in font counter is very friendly. Room is a little small,but clean.”

“Overall had a great stay! The staff were lovely and very helpful. When we first checked into our room the toilet had no been flushed after the people before us used it… disappointed that wasn’t checked when it was being cleaned. Other than that the room was clean and updated. The TV wouldn’t connect to the wifi so the smart tv functions didn’t work, not a huge deal!”

“What a pleasant surprise. We booked a stay here as it was a good location and price for what we required, and was dog-friendly. The bonuses were the complimentary wine-tasting and breakfast, neither of which we were expecting. Staff are all lovely and kind and the morning view from bed looking out at the like was divine.”

“Excellent location right across the beach from Skaha Lake. Having a kitchen was extremely helpful for our family so we didn’t need to eat out every night. “This motel was decent if you need a dog friendly place. The A/C only worked in the bedroom not the rest of room. And you have to wash your own dishes or charge you. But the bed was comfortable and it had a kitchenette.”

“Our room was a unit 228 (double Queen) on the 2nd level with a small balcony looking over the pool area. We had a tree blocking our view, but some might like the privacy. I found the room to be really sound proof for a motel. The updated room was clean and comfortable. The a/c worked well. Staff was friendly. You could have your room made up daily. The fridge, coffee maker and bar sink were nice to have. (A microwave would have been a lovely addition!) We ate dinner next door which was good and……

“Older hotel, but staff is really trying to make it hip. Had free ice cream one night, and a free barbecue to celebrate Canada Day. Great location. Our room was surprisingly larger than expected.”

“The room was very spacious and clean. One small note the sink was quite dirty and we had to clean it. But it was nice to have a full size fridge and be on the ground floor with direct access to the pool. The location is very close to the main strip. I would stay here again”
