Great location next to park and beach

We upgraded to unit 117; it had a full kitchen, bedroom and a room with a sofa couch, table and 4 chairs ; the hotel is outdated on the outside but the inside, some things were renovated; the best is the proximity to the beach with a long path to go for a walk; at the end of the walk there is a restaurant/pub for meals

This hotel sits directly across from a large park area with lots of grass and an off leash area for dogs. On the other side of the park is the beach and direct water access. The park is beautiful and well maintained so this is an excellent location. The room is large and has a separate bedroom area and a full kitchen. There is a TV in both the kitchen/living room area and another in the bedroom. I was travelling with dogs and it was very convenience for them as well. I will definitely stay here again next I am coming through Penticton.

Very accommodating hotel. The room was comfortable and the hotel convenient. The area was lovely and we felt safe and welcomed. The only drawback was the other guests were kinda loud and since it was pleasant weather, they were outside kinda loud :). Additionally the walls were a bit thin. Overall though it was pleasant, clean and comfortable and good value for money.

Check in was easy. And patio & bbq area was very nice! Room was dated and bed was rock hard. The smoke detector battery was low and was beeping from 1am on, when I asked at check out about a bit of a refund since I wasn’t able to sleep all night and the noise was making my dog go crazy, they told me I should’ve called their emergency number which I only saw posted at their office door that was one property over and i didn’t take down at check in. So I got no resolution and wouldn’t stay there again.

The room was clean, the people were wonderful!!! If you have mobility issues tho, the room was quite small and there were 2 levels to the motel... so if youre staying on the second level, it's only accessible by stairs.

This is an older property (the decor is dated, but spotlessly clean), at a fabulous location right next to a beautiful treed park and the beach at Skaha Lake. We chose it mainly for the location, but the motel turned out to be perfect for our needs. There is a full kitchen - range, sink, fridge, and microwave. Outside each unit is a sitting area with a table and four chairs (I suspect that the upstairs units’ outdoor areas are somewhat smaller than those of the ground floor units). We ate breakfast outside each day, and had our own happy hour outside as well. It’s a one-minute walk to the beautiful beach. Hopefully we’ll be able to return again next year!

We loved the location of this place. Right across from the beach which was spectacular. Unfortunately we only had housekeeping come by once during our 5 night stay and it was on our 4th day. It was hard to get new towels which was disappointing.
