Enjoy fast wifi and complimentary access to streaming services like Peacock, Pluto, and local channels in each living room. The cozy layout and beautiful backyard pool create the perfect atmosphere. Relax, soak up the sun, and book now for a memorable stay combining luxury, comfort, and convenience in Perry. Hosts are available to contact through booking platform app, and cell phone in case of emergency. Hosts live local to property. This single family house is perfectly located in a quiet, safe suburban neighborhood just outside of downtown Perry. There you will find a multitude of restaurants, downtown area, grocery stores, parks, bar&grills etc just mins away. No more keys! Space is accessible through keyless entry (August smart locks). Host will send out code and/or app access instructions for keypad prior to guest arrival. However the front door which needed a new door jam and reset if still was not operational and never completely locked.
