Because we booked with Expedia we had to get a refund with them and our friend with the adjoining room paid cash and he was refunded his $ right away…. Had an external electrical outlets box with usb ports that didn't work and outlets a bit iffy. My wife likes her coffee but there were no decaf coffee or fixings and the coffee pot was not clean as it had coffee grounds in it. There is no sealing around the door. I had a non-smoking room but the comforter had cigarette holes and was dirty. The room had roaches. I went to the near by dollar store and purchased roach spray. I have never had to do that while staying at a hotel. The only reason I stayed was because I was there for a funeral and all the other hotels were completely booked.
