"Everything about this place is fantastic. I’ve stayed a my fair share of places and this one has got to be the best in a long time. Everywhere is clean. Rooms are great, shower is great. Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. Only thing is they don’t have the smart tv so you can log into Netflix. But since everything else was so great it didn’t bother me. Will definitely stay there again when I’m in that area. Highly recommend!!!"

"Close to shops and highways"

"The place itself was great and the staff that repeatedly had to help us was as well. The checkin process is abit painful and the keyless entry and the app didn’t work properly at all and was super frustrating. My mom was locked out for over half an hour until someone came to let her back in. Love the area and the restaurants nearby"

"​If you're looking for five-star luxury, this isn't it but if you need a reliable spot to crash after a night out or a quick place to stay while traveling, it definitely does the trick. ​The staff is lovely and very welcoming, which makes a big difference. The rooms are basic but neat and tidy, and while the beds are actually quite comfortable, the pillows could definitely use an upgrade. Full disclosure: I’m the type of traveler who brings my own bedding anyway, so I was perfectly cozy! ​The rooms do have a bit of an old-fashioned smell to them, but I found a quick hack: I clipped a linen scented car vent air freshener onto the heater/AC unit, and it cleared the air right up. ​A huge highlight was the King Suite. It’s massive honestly felt more like a bachelor apartment than a hotel room. It comes with a full kitchenette, a full-size fridge, and Smart TVs, which is a nice modern touch for a budget friendly stay. ​Bottom line: It’s nothing fancy, but it's clean, comfortable, and the extra space in the suites makes it a great value."

"This hotel is clean with very nice studio and 1 bedroom rooms. It worked well for our group. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with a lot of different options. The back parking lot has several spots with deep pits, that can cause you to scrape the front bumper of your car if you fully pull into the spot."

"We are extremely disappointed with our recent stay at Four Points by Sheraton on Saturday night. This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we have had, especially compared to our previous stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Sarnia, Ontario, where everything was excellent. Because of that positive experience, we chose to stay with your brand again, but this stay completely failed to meet even basic cleanliness and comfort standards. The first room we were assigned, Room 512, was unacceptable. The moment we entered, there was a very strong unpleasant smell throughout the room and bathroom. The odor was so bad that we could not even settle in or unpack our belongings. Within less than five minutes, we had to request a room change. On top of that, the bathtub was not properly cleaned, and the bathroom itself had a strange and unpleasant smell. For a hotel under the Sheraton brand, this level of cleanliness is extremely concerning. After reporting the issue, we were moved to Room 515. Unfortunately, the experience still did not improve much. The room again had an off smell when we entered, but by that point we were exhausted and decided to stay. However, the biggest issue in this room was the shower water pressure. The water flow was unbelievably weak. It took approximately 20–25 minutes for just one person to take a shower properly. For two people, showering before bed and again before checkout became a frustrating and exhausting process that took nearly two hours"
