We Had to move to three different rooms. The heating / ac units were broken and noisy. Horrible.
Then last room, the staff couldn’t get the Internet to work for us. We have 2 iPhones, which have had no problem picking wifi anywhere else we stayed.
The front desk had ME try to fix it with a guy in Austin Texas ! He then hung up on me after he couldn’t figure it out. I called the front desk again, she said nothing they can do but move us now to completely different hotel.
It was now after 9pm, we were both tired from our long day, and tired from already packing and moving 3 times in their hotel. Also and my girlfriends arm is currently in a full Cast !
The boxed breakfast is a cruel joke. During the week, a full buffet breakfast is served. But during the weekend, when their room prices skyrocket they stop the proper breakfast ? The bagel was dried and tough with nothing to drink as far as a juice or milk. 2 cold packed eggs, a bland muffin. That’s it, for staying at the HILTON !
