Loved the place overall. Staff really helpful and appartment great. Really comfy bed and lovely cotton bedding. Only downside was the green slimy pool which was a real shame on such a hot day.

This property is basic but has all that you need for a short term stay. It's clean, tidy, value for money, close to the city and has free parking which is rare around the city area. Highly recommend.

Small but nice and functional apartment. Staff are very helpful, specially the caretaker lady and her entire family. Their promptness to fulfil guests' requests was remarkable! Easy parking and close proximity to CBD. Highly recommended.

Great location...room 18 was near the pool which we loved...the room looked like it hadn't had a deep clean since covid ..the exhaust fan in the bathroom had 5 years of dust on it and it didn't work ...stayed at better places for the sahe money

Reception was very helpful supplying additional pillows and bedding. Very quiet area with beautiful Hyde Park at the end of the street. Comfortable for the price. From our balcony we could view a very lovely garden that is well looked after. Did not swim (too cold) but swimming pool look very clean and welcoming.

Reception staff were excellent. The kitchen had very few cooking pots and no microwave dishes, there was only 1 pillow each , extra was requested but not delivered. A maintenance request was fixed very promptly, that was good. Nice place if you don't want to self cater. Plenty of space and balcony furniture,

It is very walkable for food and also into the city. Reception was very responsive. The downsides includes faulty TV, sofa with a broken back, bedroom door can't be closed because there is no door knob. Property is heavily graffitied, making it looked run down.

Room was ok…. Missing pillow cases on sofa bed, no top sheet on beds, fitted sheets came off easily, mattesses need deep clean & only 2 towels provided for 3 guests. No shampoo/conditioner. Was some unpleasant marks on the curtain and ACs needed a clean. Not super happy with price paid.

Newly renovated the apartment was spacious and comfortable. There was a private balcony, lift access, well-equipped kitchen and bright bathroom. Surprisingly quiet despite being located close to the city.

I liked the location of the apartments. Right in the Northbridge hub. I didn't like the communication there i found it lacked in when i had booked i was checking late and was worried i would miss check in time as the office closes at 5pm and was calling at about 4ish to let them know and it was quite stressful not knowing if anybody would be there or not and what if no one was there i would have to find a new booking and I had no time to. Also the hotel polices and procedures should be made more clear especially on orbits so customers are aware and not surprised as I was right after check in and discovered the hotel policies on the coffee table. It certainly didn't match up and prices were different. The young friendly gentlemen at reception showed me they had a copy on the reception desk. When i had checked in the female receptionist didn't point out anything and I was shown this interesting piece of information highlighted. It was very off putting but in saying that the rooms were nice and clean, the apartments were quite modern, bathroom sink was too big for the bathroom and water would easy splash out everywhere. The rooms were comfortably air conditioned and well the garden feature is non existent its the hotel keeps personal garden and its nothing special or a feature.

No face cloth provided, getting any makeup on the one and only towel provided gets you a $30 fee!! No hand towel ether. No soaps or shampoos only a pump soap on the wall that does nothing but foam a little drop which doesn’t get makeup off at all and as no face cloth nothing to help you get clean so you don’t get makeup on their cheap scratchy white towel. Only have 1 pillow each when asked for another I was told no. Only 1 towel each and asked for one extra as had to wash my hair was told there would be a fee. Ask for a late checkout was told 11am then have the caretaker banging excessively on the door around 10 telling me I have to get out. When I told her I was told I could have a late checkout of 11, she said they are too busy and I have to get out now!! 😡 When we checked out I was 5 minutes up the road when I received a text telling me they have tried to wash the towel and they can’t get the makeup off it so I will be charged. When I rang and asked how exactly they had time to wash and dry the towel within the 5 minutes I had left she back peddled a bit then said I am welcome to come back and take the towel home and try clean it myself. I explained I live 2 hours away and could she at least try wash the towel before telling me I have to pay!! 😡 This place honestly is the worst I have stayed in.

The property is in excellent condition. However, on the second day of my stay, another guest walked into my room using a keycard (there are no internal locks on the door).l was lsurprlsed & scared to someone openg the door & entering my room. Thankfully, it was a female who entered my room. The other guest & I proceeded to reception. The person on duty stated it was a computer error. Approximately two hours later, the same.member of staff presented to my room with a $6.00 bottle of wine ro apologise for the mix up. As it got dark I did not

This is a dismal place to stay. The property is dirty, the pool was dirty with broken glass at the bottom.Someone had been sick at the side of the pool and it was never cleaned up. The woman at reception was just plain mean and totally unhelpful. It is a health risk if you stay here.
