The room I was in had an overwhelming smell of dog, as soon as I waked in the run it hits you in the face. Service was great, food was great, people were friendly. The room was comfortable and even though it was facing a main road, I slept well. The decor could do with some updating, but I'm sure they will do it in time. Yes, as previous reviewers have mentioned, the rooms are a little outdated but they were sparklingly clean, making them good value for money. Admittedly there was road noise as it was next to one of the main roads into Perth, but again, it didn’t bother me due to the cost and the other redeeming features,.
