“Our stay began with several unacceptable issues. We travelled from London, ON, with our children, ages 3 and 1, and arrived around dinner time. For the first several hours, we had no heat or access to the TVs. When I called the number listed on VRBO for assistance, the gentleman who answered stated he no longer worked for the company and abruptly hung up. My husband eventually discovered that breakers in the garage had tripped. The home took hours to warm up, and when I reached someone……

“Great walking location, furnishings clean and comfortable. More photos of the inside and outside would help potential viewers understand the accommodation amenities. There is no sitting area outside, therefore for longer stays this might be an issue. No television, which was a surprise.”

“This place was perfectly located for us. We were 5 people, rooms were perfect. There was everything you could need in the kitchen and sufficient towels if you wanted to use hot tub. Short drive to Ottawa if that is where you are heading. Scott was available all the time for questions !!! Thanks again, look forward to coming back”
