“Wir hatten die Unterkunft für drei Nächte gebucht. Sie liegt etwas abgelegen mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick. Alles war sauber und schön hergerichtet. Sogar ein paar Frühstücksutensilien waren vorbereitet obwohl die Unterkunft ohne Frühstück angeboten wird. Es gibt einen kleinen Kühlschrank, leider keine Kochmöglichkeit, aber einen Mikrowelle war vorhanden. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!”

The owners are wonderful people who prepared a 5-star breakfast for our family and complemented it with friendly conversation. Overall, it's a great place for people who want to escape soulless hotel chains and create sweet memories.”

“Alrighty, the place had charm. It’s a manor house that was built in the late 1800s. David, the owner, was an engaging and passionate host, but gave the impression that he couldn’t be bothered to go too much beyond the expected. The room was charming! However, it’s an old building and it lacked modern amenities and the room was in an isolated part of the building. If you like, staying in an historic house and being a bit off the beaten path, and this is a great place. I have no regrets but I……

“The property we were in was lovely, with its own garden and completely self contained. Breakfast was great and lots of nice little touches. Although there was a very good coffee machine there was no tea making facilities. A kettle would have been handy. Highly recommend with easy access to all amenities and sightseeing opportunities in St Andrews.”

“The room was a bit on the small size for a double bed. With no TV other than one in the guests main lounge, which was shared by whoever was there at the time. The breakfast was good and the staff was polite and friendly .”

“Perfect Stay! The house itself is in great condition—everything was clean, charming, and comfortable. Gordon and Maggie were lovely hosts who gave excellent local suggestions, and the breakfast was fantastic. They even went out of their way to make me a full vegan breakfast and were incredibly cautious with food allergies. On top of that, the property surrounding the B&B is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend!”
