Donc bien placé par rapport à Bordeaux que je voulais visiter avec mes autres enfants. Agréablement surprise par le calme de cet appartement, lequel est spacieux et bien très bien rénové. Non loin du tram, très pratique pour aller sur Bordeaux en prenant un pass 24h directement à la station de tram. De 15h samedi à 15h dimanche. Soit 2 sorties sur Bordeaux. "The apartment was very clean with fairly new appliances, plush towels, and simple but comfortable furniture. No dinner table, just a bar and stools, but it suited our needs perfectly. Owner/manager was gracious about our early check-in, and we enjoyed our stay. Note: washing machine is downstairs from the flat but was nonetheless convenient, and detergent was provided for us."

"Located in the center, walk to everywhere, stores near by, restaurants, museums. The rental is located on a second floor, without an elevator. It is well appointed inside. Walk up a small stairwell to sleep in loggia. Quiet, on the back of building. Small kitchen and bathroom but all what is needed was there. Owner was responsive to an initial question."

One recommendation when there are three adults, as opposed to a a family with children, is to move the bed from the sitting room into the second bedroom. There is a had held shower head but no shower curtain for the bath, making showering difficult without wetting the whole bathroom. The owner was most helpful. "The property manager, Geraldine, was great at communicating ahead of our arrival. Once there, she was waiting to let us in & gave us a quick synopsis of all the wonderful tourist activities in Bordeaux. The location was ideal, the place was tidy and although people were partying in the streets after a rugby match we could barely hear them through the VERY thick walls. Overall wonderful stay! "The Dekor of the House really is cute, but we the Kitchen wasnt enough equipped. We missed Sharp knifes, a garlic press, normal sized coffee mugs, kitchen Utensils, One cloth, and a vacuumer (for all the Sand) and we had only One towel for washing. Our two Kids only got a bedcover for One Person. The Beds are not good quality , for that Price we expected more. The area is nice in the spring, we really liked that and we Hope the owners step up their Game (in Time of ikea this isnt too hard!)"

"Had a brief stay in Bordeaux at this property. Beware of a similar address that is 90min walk from train station vs this one which is only a 15min walk. This is a colourful, eclectic property. Very roomy and comfortable for our family of five. A bit noisy on weekend nights due to close proximity to the university. However, it's also a short walk from shopping, sights and loads of restaurants. Easy to communicate with owner....she was very helpful and check-in was very easy."
