"My stay was overall great. The staff and room was nice. I am super picky with cleanliness. There were a few hairs in the shower but other than that, it was super clean. Also, there was a problem with the room card system but the staff was great and tried to make an inconvenience very convenient. They were kind and patient and very welcoming."
"My wife and I had a relaxing 10 day stay in this home in Petaluma, and would recommend it to anyone who wants to unwind and explore the area. The location is ideal. It's in a quiet neighborhood with only a 10-15 walk to great restaurants and shopping. And Petaluma is an ideal home base for exploring wine country, redwoods, and the coast. The home itself is great too. Loved the large bedrooms and comfortable beds. Frank is friendly and responsive and keeps the home clean and maintained. Highly recommend!"

"Very clean little cottage. My husband and I stayed for three nights, comfortable, very clean and extremely quiet. We live in the bay area, but wanted to go away for a few days. We had never been to Petaluma and the downtown and restaurants are amazing. We play golf two days at rooster run, in very good shape and reasonably priced. Frank pays a lot of attention to detail, clean unwrapped combs in the medicine cabinet, Band-Aids, sewing kit, fresh coffee in the kitchen, bottle of wine, chips, and salsa, waiting for us. It is about half a mile easy walk to downtown, highly recommend!"
