“Host was extremely rude. We were trying to enter the building with provided code and the door would not open. We called for assistance and she yelled at us that we were not pushing the door. No offense but one should not have to use your shoulder with force to open a door. Bathroom was covered in mold, hallway & room has strong chemical odor, pillows were of questionable quality & cleanliness. Upon leaving we were greeted by the host and she felt compelled to show us how “easy” it was to……

“The facilities are so run down, mould in the bathroom, doors that dont fit, general decor is tatty and the rooms are dirty. Staff were friendly and breakfast was ok, although just a little greasy. We wouldnt stay here again but based on cost, you get what you pay for. Poor doos Waterside......”
