The staff was friendly and accommodations were exceeded. The room/suite was spacious, clean, and well stocked with amenities. The view from our third floor room of yhe bay way gorgeous. There was minimal noise during the night. The beds were super comfortable and the closet was stocked with extra linens, towels, and pillows. The complementary breakfast was good with lots of options like breakfast sandwiches, hot waffles, and busicuts & gravy. The pool and hot tub area was very clean and well stocked with towels. You can yell the employees take pride in keeping the property clean and well kept. Overall our stay for the price of the room (so affordable) was great! Its tough to travel with little ones (5year old) sometimes and this place made our trip smooth sailing and lots of fun for our little family. I would definitely recommend this hotel for any that wants to visit Charlevoix.

Charlevoix Inn is not the cleanest hotel, but it is clean. The staff was friendly but had a bit of trouble at check in getting the keys made. The walls between rooms don’t do a great job insulating sound, so if you have a neighbor who likes to watch TV late into the night you will definitely hear it. Overall, this is a fine place to stay… and I would give it 3.5 to 4 stars,

We stayed on the first floor and had a walkout patio, it was lovely! We were able to access the pool this way too. Natalya was WONDERFUL. She was so kind and helpful. I would stay here again just for her. She was lovely.
