I’ve stayed at this resort multiple times (this was my 4th visit), and unfortunately this was by far my worst experience.
Starting with the room — on the very first night, I saw a roach, and my sister-in-law saw another one as well. That alone was extremely concerning. On top of that, the toilet seat was broken, and there was visible hair left in both the bathtub and the jacuzzi upon arrival, which made the room feel unclean and poorly maintained.
This was also our first time booking a one-bedroom instead of a studio, and we were placed in a different building than usual. The location was very inconvenient — much farther from the water park than where we’ve stayed in the past. Every night (except the last), we had to park far from our building, with at least a 5-minute walk.
The worst part was the final night. We were told we had to park in a garage at the north entrance, while our building was located near the south entrance. Staff said we would be transported by golf cart, but the wait time was around 30 minutes. We also had to park on the 4th floor of the garage. Traveling that distance and waiting that long — especially with a sleeping 6-year-old — was extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
Overall, this stay did not meet the standards we experienced during our previous visits. Cleanliness, convenience, and guest service all fell short this time, which is disappointing given how much we used to enjoy staying here.
