This property is a hotel. The first suite they gave us had a broken heater. It was a sleepless night of over 80 degrees. Cleanliness was well below average. The first morning we asked for the heat to be fixed. When we returned, nothing had changed. Luckily, we were able to change rooms. The second identical room was a bit cleaner, but still had stained carpet and furniture.
The workout room contains 3 treadmills and two stair climbers. It was also dirty. I wouldn’t touch the equipment. The pool is closed and has been closed for a long time. Breakfast buffet was understaffed. There were no plates or bowls. The silverware was also out. By the time the dishes were replenished, the food was mostly gone and took a long time to be replenished. Most of the staff were obviously beyond caring about all the lacks in service.
We will never stay here again. I question Vrbo’s response when I contacted them about the problems. They were no help at all. I would at least expect Vrbo to contact the property manager. If I had booked this myself, I would be asking for money back. Does Vrbo have a money back guarantee?
