EXCEPTIONAL PROPERTY! This place is a gem in the heart of one of America’s greatest cities, Eugene Oregon. The staff literally go above and beyond for your safety and comfort! From the cooked to order breakfast to hand wrapped freshly baked scones, everything about this property shares that they care about hospitality and doing the right thing! Thank you for being one heck of a great property!

This hotel is located pretty far down at the end of a road, ways out of the main town. The shower drain was clogged with hair and sand and hairties. There was cigarette ashes in one of the 2 beds. These beds are advertised as queens but they are "fulls" and the staff is very rude. I did nkt have much interaction with the staff but when in the lobby i observed them on many occasions treating others poorly.
