“When we arrived we were told that we were double booked. The person at the front desk was helpful in trying to get a room ready, however, the room was not clean. She did come in and put new sheets on the bed and put new towels out, however, it was clear that it was not cleaned as the toilet had remnants in it. We were not left with any toilet paper except the 3/4 roll that was on the toilet paper dispenser and the handle to the toilet broke off in the middle of the night, but you could tell the……

“This is a throwback to the 1980s hotel, physical key, older hotel, and it doesn't look like much from the outside. But the room and bed was clean and super comfy and everything was very nice inside the room. Not fancy, but a great place to stay the night for OSU graduation.”

“The location is surprisingly quiet despite being close to the interstate. The check-in person couldn’t find my reservation which had me concerned until I showed him my booking confirmation. Housekeeping knocked on my door twice at 9:30 am and then ten minutes later while I was still sleeping even though I had the Snooze tag hanging on the door knob outside.”

“The reason for 4 stars is only due to the fact that I had a really bad room. I was on the ground floor, across the hall from the indoor pool, close to the lobby. There's a lot of noise that comes through in that room. I also noticed that, when someone in the room above me flushed the toilet, the sound of the drain pipes was surprisingly loud. The people were very friendly, the room was clean, it was a decent place to get some sleep. I'd stay here again, but would avoid anything on the……
