Sangria Skies is a second-floor unit, with easy elevator access. Everything is shiny and new in this remodeled unit - bright, white kitchen with full-sized appliances, coffee station (because ... coffee!), fold-out sofa if you need it, spacious, comfy living area with crystal-clear, large-screen TV, private bedroom with queen bed and a second large-screen TV and walk-in closet. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with grab bars and the most amazing LED mirror you've every seen. Private, furnished balcony overlooks a manicured lawn and one of 5 pools (4 are heated)!

Within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and bars, yet away from the street noise, as we are located in the heart of the complex. Less than 10-minute drive to Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter shopping and more great restaurants then you’ll have time to try. Scottsdale is known as a golfer’s paradise so if golf is your game, you’re in the right place! We're also close to walking paths and desert hiking trails.
