Beautiful property

Myself and 6 other ladies, stayed here...we absolutely loved the house...only thing I would add, is that the hot water in the master bedroom don't stay hot at all, but other than that, we fell in love with Arizona 💚

Great Home

It was a great stay for us, the owner was helpful and only a quick message away with any questions we might have. The neighborhood was really quiet, nice and safe, and a short distance away from many different attractions. We will definitely be trying to get this house again next time we’re in town.

Great Stay

Stayed for four nights for a soccer tournament. We enjoyed the house. It was well set up w 3 king beds and a futon that folds out. Kitchen was well equipped and they had misc items that help, sugar, salt pepper etc. Easy check in etc. would recommend for sure.

Beautiful Escape from the Heat

The property was perfect for our weekend getaway to Phx, and my wife and children enjoyed the pool and the beautiful neighborhood. The home was spacious, clean, and cool. If in Phx, this is defiantly a location you would enjoy. Five stars!

Long Weekend Getaway

This property was exactly as advertised. Just what we needed to escape to Scottsdale for a long weekend to celebrate a family birthday. A little too early to enjoy the pool but that is just bad planning on our part. Property was clean and in a great location for us. Thank you again! Will definately keep you in mind if headed back that direction.

Nice VRBO

Very nice 3 bedroom home. It was clean and well equipped with a couple of minor upgrades needed. As others have stated the pool is cold even when it was 95 out and please note there are no pool lights or direct lights on pool so after dark swimming is a little risky. Kitchen had all we needed to make breakfast pots and pans are very old. It would be helpful to have an information sheet about things like washer/dryer, light switches (on a remote) and parking procedures etc. the neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. It’s close to Costco and freeways. Just a nice place to stay. Would definitely stay again if we are in Phoenix.

We would stay again...great location...price was great

This property is easy to find and centrally located in Phoenix in a safe neighborhood. The bedrooms were appointed and the beds were extremely comfortable. Bathrooms were cleaned and linens, bath wash, shampoo and conditioner were provided. The living room was spacious with a nice television, small sectional sofa (3 person), and coffee table. The dining room has a nice table with six chairs. The kitchen was just what we needed to feed our family and had all the dishes, cups, silverware and enhanced appliances (toaster, air fryer, crockpot, blender, and Keurig) we needed for our 11 day stay in Phoenix during Christmas. I purchased small spatula/tongs. The laundry room was perfect and had detergent for us to wash our clothes/towels. I purchased color safe bleach and fabric softener for our clothes and towels. We loved being able to use the garage but we actually did not find the opener until day 3 since it was in tucked the faux grapes on the dining table. Opportunities for improvement: New key holder/lock (someone with fake nails can't open the current one), Kitchen / new fry pans, futon needs middle leg secured, comfortable additional seating in the living room, chest of drawers in master bedroom needs new handles or the ones on it needs to be tightened, the pool needs a heater and the waterfall feature should be timed for daytime and early evening hours (currently 12:45am - 3amish). The floor needs to be professional cleaned with a steam cleaner to get old set-in stains.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home was clean and spacious and comfortable. I loved being able to use the garage, particularly with it being summer during our visit. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. It’s located close to freeways and has easy access to the city. The pool was definitely a bonus too.

At least it had beds

Overall 5/10. Bedrooms were great, intercoms were great, availability of dishes and cookware was great. The pans overall could use replaced. Burnt or dirty. Some food on utensils in clean area. The blinds were broken and several slats are missing from multiple windows. The back door only has 10% verticle blinds. The pool light does not work and the plumbing is cracked. The safety lock is broken on the back door. A stick was used for security. No frame latch. Property gate latch is broken and gate does not close. Tv sound has bad accoustics, couldn't watch comfortable. Its just loud somehow. With all the empty space and no carpet. The pool water had way too much chlorine and the PH was very acidic and irritating to the skin and eyes. We couldnt even use it very long. I wouldn't stay here again.

Not bad but there's some issues

The house was pretty clean and nice but there were a few issues like 1, patio door the blinds we're missing quite a few of them to the point you can see straight through the house and every time you open the screen door it would come off, there were an issue with the pool area because there is no Lighting in that area so you cannot sit out by the pool you can sit at the patio by the back door but not the pool area pretty dark, the waterfall did not work and we had access to the barbecue grill but had to purchase our own propane tank, the outside lights by the front door does not work, and as far as parking there is no parking on the street what so ever have to park down the street where the green lines, mostly all of the blinds inside of the house needs to be replaced because there are some sort of damage or another going on with them last there was an issue with the cable the internet kept going off and you can only get it in one room the green lines are no exception

Spring Training vacation

Great location to get to all the areas around Phoenix and Scottsdale. House was clean and comfortable as advertised. Manager was immediately available to check on the pool for us. Great experience for a spring getaway.

Excellent choice for accessing North Valley

Perfect location for our stay. Clean and quiet, nice to be able to park in the garage. Would definitely stay again! Too bad it wasn't warm enough to take advantage of the pool!

Nice, but basic.

The unit was basic, clean with the exception of the floors, fairly convenient stay. However, getting into the unit was quite a challenge because the lockbox did not work very smoothly.
