Beautiful 3 bedroom home in a private community in Estrella Mountain Ranch
- Amazing Kitchen, open floor plan, Grand Master, each bedroom has their own bathroom. The back yard has heated private pool (additional fee to heat), covered patio, putting green, and courtyard with an outdoor fireplace. In a gated golf course community with miles of trails for hiking and biking. Safeway, Walgreens, Starbucks, and restaurants are minutes away. Conveniently located 40 minutes to Phoenix airport, 20 to Glendale, and Peoria, and 60 minutes to Scottsdale. Very close to the Phoenix Raceway also. House was just purchased and outfitted with brand new furniture and TV's. This place will not disappoint!
