    About this getaway home: Our beautiful retreat has a large kitchen complete with 8 seat dining table and work station nook. Spacious social area includes pull out sofa bed, adobe fireplace, foosball table, bar and 58" flatscreen. 2 MasterSuite with private bathrooms, closets and opposite ends of home for extra privacy. Beautiful greenspace right outside as well as private backyard with gas BBQ, fountain, patio furniture making it a truly desert oasis. Pool is less than 1 min walk from front door.

The heater was giving us trouble and it wouldn't make the house warmer than 69 degrees. Discovering this on Dec. 23 made it difficult to get serviced said Santiago. We bought a heater at Home Depot that helped keep the larger entertainment room warmer than 69. House was clean and we had family over for the Christmas Broncos Football game. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Master bedroom mattress was old and uncomfortable. Suggest replacing. Overall Great Trip, Good Place to stay.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home is spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the neighbors were all friendly. We enjoyed our morning coffee in the back yard (small bummer the water feature was not operating) and afternoons by the pool. Great location with easy access to all local trails & attractions. Good location and Spacious

Good property with a very good host. Great communication with us. Very close to a clean and well done pool and hot tub. Large living area and kitchen. Two large bedrooms and bathrooms. All necessary items were included. Patio furniture needed repairs and to be cleaned as did the grill. All in all we had a very pleasant experience at the townhouse.

Lazy days, beautiful weather!

Property was ideal for us (two couples) as it had dual “master” suites at opposite ends of the townhouse! The biggest draw for us was the covered patio just outside the living room. We spent lazy afternoons at the farmhouse table enjoying our “happy hour” and catching up with each other’s lives since our last meeting. Beautiful area, private enclave, and perfect weather!

Beautiful Home

We loved having the space and privacy of a house and it was definitely cost effective for us! We enjoyed visiting Old Scottsdale, the SeaLife Aquarium and the Desert Bell tour of Saguaro Lake. The home was convenient to stores, restaurants, parks and touristy activities. It is beautiful with a wonderful backyard to enjoy the Arizona sunshine! Minor repairs were recommended to the owner. It is a beautiful Arizona home with so many little extras! We loved our stay and the wonderful accommodations. We hope to return again in the future.

Great Location

Lovely spacious property in an ideal location. We had tickets for OdySea Aquarium which was an easy 10 minute drive. The Fashion Center was also close as were many restaurants. The town home was very well appointed (even had a single serve Keurig, yeah!). The rooms were spacious with plenty of comfy seating. Even though there were only two of us, this home could easily accommodate four or more adults. A great place to relax after a long day of shopping and exploring. Easy check in/covered car port/keyless entry. We plan on making this our go-to place whenever we get up to the Phoenix area.

Excellent location!

This home is quite spacious! Large kitchen, large living area, two large bedrooms with en suites! Your vehicle is protected from the Arizona sun, and the property manager is available and accommodating. I simply could not ask for more. There is a swimming pool three doors down, with a casino, restaurants, and entertainment venues nearby. Grocery stores and both Target, Walmart and gas stations are not far. Freeway access is less than three minutes away. This home lends itself to just about anything you’d want in Scottsdale. Thank you Santiago for a most excellent stay!
