Great Location, Quiet, Beautiful and Comfortable Scottsdale Retreat

  • Comfortable and beautiful home within walking distance of Mayo Clinic Hospital. It is one mile from Scottsdale road, 3 miles to Keirland Commons outdoor mall and 4.5 miles to WestWorld. There are multiple restaurants, bars, movie theatres and outdoor hiking within a 3 mile radius of the location. The house is a spacious 2375 sq ft ranch style one story. There is a master bedroom and large handicap equipped master bath on one side. The opposite side of the house has 2 bedrooms. There is a large kitchen den area. The property is 3/4 acre. The large front yard has beautiful desert landscape. The back yard has a rectangle 5 foot depth non heated pool perfect for exercise.
