Staff was very friendly. However, the poorly done remodel showed its ugly face once we got to the room. The seal around the shower was done so poorly that water seeped through the base the entire time. The tile was installed haphazardly and dirt and grime are collecting quickly. The bathroom faucet was installed wrong. This vanity also had a slight tilt to the left so any water that didn’t make it in the sink ran off from the flat surface to the floor. The breakfast was as cheap as they come. Powdered eggs, oily potatoes, and microwave bacon. Pool wasn’t clean when we got to it, had to scoop out leaves and flies ourselves. Overall, I would recommend paying a few bucks more to stay at another (newer) hotel in the area.

Great place to stay with a dog. The man that checked me in made sure I was on the first floor near the dog run. Very nice and easy going. Will definitely stay here again.

We grabbed a double queen suite and the pictures make it look a lot nicer and bigger than it is. There’s hardly any room to move around in the room and the ceilings in the hallways and room are so low we have just felt claustrophobic. We asked for extra blankets for our kiddos and they did not give us blankets.. they were more like glorified sheets. Suuuuper thin material. Pool was pretty dirty and I understand the palm trees were right next to it but there was also a ton of dirt built up on the bottom. Should be kept up a bit more, in my opinion. The thing is, for what we paid, it’s actually a good hotel but I was expecting a lot better because of the pictures they posted of their website. Overall I would rather spend $60 more at a nicer hotel.

Desk clerk was not concerned about any issue. Keys were a mess. Different keys for different doors and you had to find a door that the key would work. Floors were very dirty. Asked for room service for daily cleaning and even tipped well and they did not vacuum or clean floors. Pool was dirty. Over all I will not be back. Moved to different hotel for last night stay.
