In the heart of the highly sought after 85254 zip code, your stay is just minutes away from some of the best golf, shopping and activities north Scottsdale has to offer year round! Less than 4 miles from TPC Scottsdale, Westin Kierland Golf Club, JW Marriott at Desert Ridge and Orange Tree Golf Resort. Less than 4 miles from Desert Ridge, Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter shopping districts. Less than 2 miles from Mayo Clinic Hospital. This private beautifully remodeled single family home features 3 bedrooms upstairs, with a Jack and Jill bathroom between bedrooms #2 and #3\. Bedroom 2 holds a twin over twin bunk bed, with a third twin trundle bed beneath. Bring the kids, because there are plenty of kids toys and books available to play with! Bedroom 3 features a queen sized bed with a cooling gel memory foam mattress. The master bedroom has a king sized bed (also with cooling gel memory foam mattress), a large walk in closet (stocked with a pack and play and blow up twin mattress if needed) and a large bathroom with separate tub and shower. All rooms are equipped with room darkening shades for a restful night's sleep. Downstairs features a game room complete with a pool table/ping-pong table and plenty of seating to watch! The dining room has a full table with extra leaves available for extra guests. The living room boasts a warm stone fireplace complete with a queen sized pull-out bed within the sectional for extra sleeping arrangements. Also enjoy cable, Netflix, a variety of games on the Xbox, or board games and puzzles. Outside we have a private driveway with enough parking for 3, and garage parking for 2\. The back yard features a large private pool with attached private spa, fully fenced from the rest of the grassy yard. For our long term stay, we needed a comfortable home to accommodate our needs, our dog and the needs of visiting friends/family who came escape Pennsylvania for a bit and to enjoy the blue skies, sunshine and warm temperatures. The home is spacious, well maintained and situated in an established quiet and safe neighborhood where we felt very welcome. The backyard is spacious and private. Nikki was a pleasure to communicate with - always prompt, courteous and friendly. Pool is not heated but it is very large and surrounded by a fence. Hot tub was great also. Kitchen was a little dirty upon our arrival, but all else was great. There were even 3 bikes in the garage we could use. Great area for a rental house. This house suited our needs very well and we were even able to make a full Thanksgiving meal! Played pool and ping pong in the front room which added a nice fun thing to do as we were making dinner. Whole neighborhood is a giant Trump rally. The pool and backyard were a wonderful retreat and the neighborhood was so quiet. We loved cooking in the well-appointed kitchen and playing pool in the evenings. It was also really easy to work remotely from the house. Nikki was super helpful and available with a couple little things that came up.
