Designed with both aesthetics and functionality in mind, this studio includes luxury finishes, a Murphy bed with built-in storage, stainless steel appliances, a Nest thermostat, smoke detectors, keyless entry, and a mini chef kitchen with quartz counters. Hardwood floors, in-suite laundry, sand-blasted accent walls, and Carrera marble tiles add elegance. The lounge-style pool and courtyard with gas BBQ grills provide outdoor relaxation. Occasional noises from other residents may be heard, yet the space ensures a serene environment.
