    Just a short walk to The heart of Down Town and fantastic times. Joe's BBQ, Snooze, Dierk's Bentley Whiskey Row, the Gilbert Farmer's Market, Hale Theatre & more are a moment away! This home features 2 wings consisting of 2 Full kitchens, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and an incredible loft and balcony. this home can comfortably accommodate a total of 12 people.

    The yard is perfect for entertaining- complete with (2) gas fireplaces, (2) Gas BBQ's & incredible view of the Gilbert Water Tower! Enjoy the fireplace and Pool outside as you gather around with friends and family. Parties or events are not allowed.

    This is Down Town Gilberts newest addition to the market. This home was just constructed from the ground up.

    There are Eight SMART televisions throughout the home including every bedroom. HULU, NETFLIX etc. are accessible with your personal logon information.
