The house features 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating a group of up to 7-11 guests.

Offering modern amenities, and a prime location in Downtown Chandler, this is the perfect place to stay for activities or events nearby

The kitchen is equipped with more than just essentials for you to cook, a sharp knife set, nonstick dishware for all cooking, blender, toaster, coffee maker, a large refrigerator, oven and stove, as well as dishwasher for easy clean up.

We`ve also included thoughtful touches throughout the space to make your stay as comfortable as possible, such as high-speed internet, a smart TV, and a cozy seating area to enjoy your morning coffee. (You will need your own logins for the apps)

The backyard is a private outdoor space perfect for BBQs. Featuring 2 large patio areas with 3 outdoor furniture settings, and a grill to enjoy your trip while gathering with your group.

You will have access to the entirety of the home, except for one of the closets which is utilized as storage and the garage. Feel free to use all the amenities as you please. We only ask that you respect the home as your own.


PARKING: Driveway or street parking, garage not available for guest use.

I will not be at the property but I will be around should you need anything!

♦This is a NON Smoking home. If any smoking is found inside the house, there will be a $500 fine. There is plenty of patio, use that please! :)
♦Pets are strictly prohibited on the premises. A penalty of $500 will be applied for any violation of this policy.
♦Absolutely NO Parties or events. There is a $500 fine for unauthorized events + additional damages
♦No guests that are not on the reservation or otherwise approved.
♦We have one, actively recording camera (doorbell camera) overlooking the front porch which records video and audio. There is also a smart home device (Minut) in the living room which actively monitors noise decibel levels, but in no way records audio or video.
♦ We ask that once you run out of the provided supplies/toiletries, you please buy your own.

Being a Good Vacation Rental Neighbour:
This home is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood perfect for your getaway. In order to keep the tranquillity of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbours while on vacation.
