We couldn't beat the location with plenty of golf courses, shops and restaurants in the area. The house itself was the perfect size for six adult men. All the products inside are up to date and the house was spotless when we arrive. The house only has five beds, but the owner Brenda went out of her way to have a queen size air mattress blown up in the room. The person who slept on it said he slept great on it. And speaking of Brenda, her communication was off the chart from the moment I booked the house back in December 2023 for our March 2024 stay. She consistently emailed or texted to keep us up to date on things, and she promptly responded to any questions I had. My family and I like to visit to the Phoenix/Scottsdale location often. This house was the perfect location for our stay and the neighborhood was really calm. The house had everything we needed, and it was very neat as well. This was the best! Ready access to necessary shopping— for essentials and incidentals— as well as great restaurants. The home was large and luxurious plus had a friendly vibe. It was well apportioned with necessities as well as some bonuses ( toiletries, washer/ dryer, comfortable outdoor space). We felt right at home. The owner, Brenda, provided all the essentials and more. There even was a first aid kit. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. My kids loved the pool. I would give more stars if I could! Brenda was the absolute best! Our plane was early and we were able to check in early which was a big help. We were in town for a wedding and on our flight I mentioned that I forgot the wedding card. On the counter was a beautiful wedding card just in case we forgot ours. We also mentioned we were going to take in a Spring Training game and she printed off the schedule for us. The home was luxurious and I loved the outdoor area. It was cooler when we stayed but I enjoyed the lanai overlooking the pool. Nicely decorated and the pictures are truly accurate. Spacious, new, quiet neighborhood, close to shops and restaurants, well stocked kitchen. Easy access to airport. Host went above and beyond expectations to make sure we had a great time. When we contacted the host she responded very quickly.
