Bathroom was old and in need of an update ( toilet, grout etc were not clean). Carpet in hall to bathroom had a nasty coverup of a metal grate and potential for cuts. Sofa was not suitable for sitting. It’s a sleep sofa and the cushions had to have been from a different couch!
