The house was absolutely perfect for our needs...well located, beautiful neighborhood, and above all, extremely comfortable for our six week stay. The house layout has a wonderful master bedroom as well as a guest suite that enabled plenty of privacy and comfort. The living room and kitchen were perfect for dinners and visits with friends, and the backyard, with the pool and sitting area, met all our expectations for relaxing. It has two huge master suites with individual sitting rooms. The den area is just the right size to relax at the end of the evening after you make dinner in the gourmet kitchen. There were plenty of extras at this house and I loved not having to buy simple items like spices and olive oil. Our family enjoyed sitting outside around the fire pit and the backyard is very inviting to relax. We were a bit disappointed that we could not use their pool since there was no heater and the water was too cold otherwise. The only other problem we had was the third bedroom’s location. It is directly off the kitchen area so we had to be quiet until the person got up. Not a big deal, but just something to be aware of. The location could not be any better than this home. We walked to old town all the time and there is a park right down the street as well. the shopping centers as well as grocery stores were just a few minutes away. If there were any issues during our stay, the AvantStay team answered immediately and took care of any problems we had.
