There is a third bedroom and a separate guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo which is perfect for the littles. Throughout the home, there are four 85' TVs, one in each bedroom, with Netflix provided. The den has a sleeper sofa for extra guests. For your entertainment, there is a TV to enjoy watching shows together. In the evenings sit and enjoy playing together with different board games to choose from. If you need to check a few emails or work a little while on your vacation, there is a desk area in the den to use.

The luxurious kitchen has modern appliances and a walk-in pantry. You will love to whip up delicious meals for the family in this large kitchen. Not up to doing dishes? Barbecue instead! The back patio has a barbecue, patio table, and extra seating. Perfect for those beautiful outdoor dinners or just for relaxing. After dinner, play a few friendly competitive games of corn hole or see who can sink the best shot with the brand-new putting green. There is a single-car attached garage for use.

4. There is doorbell camera and the sound is disabled when guests are present, it is turned on when guests are not scheduled for security purposes. There are cameras in the backyard and front yard.
5. We are sorry to say that we DO NOT ALLOW ANIMALS of any kind at this Property. Owner has SEVERE ALLERGIES to pet dander and pet hair. Therefore, there is a "No Pet" policy in place for this property. If pets are brought to the property, you will be asked to leave immediately and no refunds will be provided.
6. 30-day plus rentals require a $1000 refundable security deposit and an additional cleaning fee (Please inquire). This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the house rules listed are met.
7. Welcome to the Valley of the Sun. Native to the area are all types of critters (lizards, bugs, spiders, and so on) who call the desert of Arizona home. While the home is regularly treated to control these pests, seeing dead bugs doesn’t mean there is an infestation but that the treatment is working. The house is cleaned in preparation for your arrival but those trespassers sometimes die at inconvenient times. To ensure ants stay out please don't leave food or crumbs on counters or tables.
