PRIVATE GILBERT RETREAT - Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna & Games

Welcome to The Vaughn — a private Arizona retreat designed for relaxing, reconnecting and spending time together.

Located in one of Gilbert’s most charming, family-friendly neighborhoods, The Vaughn is surrounded by tree-lined streets, white picket fences, green spaces and neighborhood parks. A walking and biking trail runs directly behind the home, making morning walks, bike rides and time outside as easy as stepping out the door. But with everything waiting for you at The Vaughn, you may not want to leave.

The backyard is the heart of the home and was made for Arizona living. Spend sunny days in the private pool, unwind in the hot tub or indoor sauna, gather around the outdoor fireplace for a movie under the stars, grill dinner, or challenge the family to one of the outdoor games. Multiple lounge areas give everyone plenty of room to spread out, settle in and enjoy the Arizona sunshine.

Inside, a spacious, fully stocked kitchen serves as the heart of the home. Start the morning with coffee and breakfast before heading to the pool, gather around the island for drinks and conversation, or cook dinner together after a day exploring Gilbert. Comfortable living spaces, thoughtfully refreshed bedrooms and hotel-style linens make it easy to settle in and feel at home.

Whether you’re planning a family getaway, visiting loved ones, escaping for a warm Arizona weekend or simply looking for a place where everyone can slow down and enjoy time together, The Vaughn gives you the space to do it.

Your private pool. Your hot tub. Your sauna. Your Arizona getaway.
