Great stay!

The place was as described if not better! Clean, excellent location in north Scottsdale, plenty of room to spread out and for each of us to have our own space. I would definitely stay there again!

Extreme Comfort

Wonderful home away from home… comforting and inviting. Host is awesome, very helpful and responsive. Location is excellent, close to everything. Beds are very comfortable, plenty of towels, everything you could need. Highly recommend this property.

Great property

This was the perfect spot for some team bonding while we attended a conference in Scottsdale. House was fully appointed with amenities, even including nice shampoo and body wash. Decor was updated with a cool vibe and the place was spotless. We enjoyed the hot tub and sitting outside with wine in the evening. Communication with the host was very simple and she was immediately responsive. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Golf Trip

The 4 bedrooms were perfect for our golf trip. Comfortable beds, large living area to relax in and large table for meals. The house was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood.We did not use the hot tub, but there was one available in the backyard. The host was very quick to respond when I messaged them. Would definitely consider staying there again on our next trip to AZ. 5 stars!!!

Beautiful home in great neighborhood and close to our relatives. Spacious rooms and warm ambiance. Would have loved instructions on tvs (yes, 5 of them) and lights). Hot tub was perfect and nice neighbors . Will return. Thank you!

Golf trip

Men’s golf trip at a spot ideally located in Scottsdale. Five min to TPC. House in excellent shape and fully equipped. Ample room for our group, very comfortable living space and bedrooms. Full kitchen and utensils, all high quality. Nice and quiet neighborhood. This is a great spot and will certainly use again on future trips. Easy check in and very easy check out.

Comfortable house, great little neighborhood...........

We stayed at this property while we were in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area for a couple of medical appointments at Mayo Clinic plus a few days of golf. It was a very comfortable house in a small neighborhood that was convenient to all of our needs. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was equipped nicely. Had a small backyard with a hot tub which was nice to use after golf. JoAnn was great and answered any questions quickly. Would definitely return.

Great Location to the NE area of Scottsdale

The neighborhood is very quiet and well kept by all of the residents. The house is located about 1 mile from TPC Scottsdale. The access to the 101 and Kierland area was super easy. The house was in fantastic shape and super clean. We did reach out to the host and they were very responsive, resolving our issues quickly. Everything worked in the house too. The Internet was fast, the TVs worked, all of the kitchen appliances were in good shape, and the washer/dryer did what they were supposed to. The backyard has trees that shade the area and it was very pleasant to use in the afternoon/evening, but the hot tub was a savior after each day of golf. The garage was not available to park our vehicle, nor to store our clubs every night, but it wasn't that big of a deal to not have it. This is a great property and I hope it will be available for our next trip to AZ!

Super Scottsdale Retreat

Our family comes out to the Phoenix area 3-4 times a year for sporting events and tournaments. We booked this amazing place for a quick spring training get away. Found this place and we are glad we did! To start with the communication with owner was top notch and that continued throughout our stay. The place appears to be newly remodeled/refurbished and was perfect for a couple of families who needed a place to unwind after all day watching baseball. The property was well kept and was clean. The photos of this listing were accurate. It's in a nice, quite, and safe neighborhood that was easy to find. The living room and kitchen were a good size for our needs. The beds were comfortable and the window treatments kept the early morning sun out until we needed to get up. There is a patio and hot tub out back that offered a nice place relax. This place was a perfect match for what we needed. A short drive to several of the spring training fields, quiet, safe and well maintained. I would not hesitate to book this place again. Thanks so much for hosting us at this awesome place.
