"Property was in what I'd call downtown. walking distance to promenade to waterfront. Dining and shoppes within easy access. parking usually available in front of building. Clear instructions on access to building. Manager was there when I arrived and registration was easily completed. Building recently renovated (last three years) and modetn in all amenities.
