“We were greeted by Katia when checking in for our stay, she was very friendly and very helpful in letting us know about the property and amenities. We very much liked the onsite parking for our vehicle. The property is so beautiful it’s setting with many olive trees along very manicured trees and flowers throughout the, it was impeccable. The rooms were very clean and spacious with great bathroom and a balcony overlooking the wonderful setting including a very large in ground pool that was clean……
“Very charming property! The host, Carmen, was lovely and she was very organized and very helpful. You will need a vehicle if you choose to stay here. We chose to stay here because we thought it would be quiet. Unfortunately, at around 6:30am some guests were walking around and speaking loudly as if they were in their own home. There was also construction going on directly outside our window at 7am. We would give it another try if we were in Catanzaro again.”

“Struttura decisamente datata tanto da presentare ancora una suite con moquette anche macchiata. Camere e spazi comuni assolutamente non adeguati ad un 4 stelle, hall e corridoi caldissimi, e split in camera che spara direttamente sul letto. La classificazione a 4 stelle trova riparo soltanto sui prezzi applicati. Ma la nota dolente sono i servizi ai clienti, totalmente assenti e una colazione a dir poco vergognosa. Pochissima scelta, nessun rimpiazzo quando le due cose presenti finivano, pessima……
“We were greeted by Ricardo, he and his family were most friendly and polite, helpful, they made us feel at home during our visit. The outside appearance of the hotel shows wear paint was chipping on the outside walls, and the garden area looked very worn. During our 2 night stay throughout both night was constant loud slamming of room doors and loud conversations at all hours, which was very disturbing. The location of the hotel is amazing, the beautiful beach and beach chairs and umbrellas……
“Beautiful apartment type hotel in a lovely 100 years old building. The location was central to everything in the historic district. The apartment was spotless. Salvatore was fantastic in keeping in communication with us. Any time we had a question, he answered our texts within minutes. ”
