"The house, beach and pool were amazing. We had two 1-year olds and the ranch style living coupled with the outdoor deck gates worked perfectly. The deck doubled as a gated outdoor playpen and the private heated pool was a big winner with them as well. "

"The open concept of the common area is wonderful. We had coffee every day on the screened balcony. Bedrooms were a good size even the bunk room. The kitchen was well stocked. We got our steps in with the two staircases! We were told by some people from Louisiana that they were there to evaluate the area that their company is coming in to add 250 feet to the beach. This should help with the area washed away in front of the building. We had a wonderful time and will definitely visit this unit again. The only disappointment was the floors did not seem clean when we arrived. The cleaning crew could do a better job of that and checking the light bulbs. Also the dryer needs a good cleaning. It dries really slow. Want to give a shout out to Uptown Bar and Grill as well as Indian Pass Oyster Bar. Both are great places to eat!"

"The ease of arrival was wonderful. Everything was clean and organized in the rental. The access to the fishing pier was wonderful. Also, being able to walk to the beach was perfection. The rental had all the daily needs - coffee maker, linens, dish soap, and pots/pans. We were able to watch the sunrise on the porch. We will definitely be back!"

"The photos do not do this beautiful place justice! Perfect location, steps to the beach, immaculate house, beautifully updated and decorated. Our dog loved the doggie door that led out to a large porch with an amazing view of the ocean. From the beginning when we were choosing a place to stay through the entire booking process, Emily our host was quick to respond to my questions and was always very friendly and nice. Well stocked with everything you need. Beds were so comfortable! Just a fabulous all around trip! "

"The condo was very clean, easy instructions on arrival and departure routines, and in an excellent location. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The deck was large for hanging out and watching gorgeous evening sunsets. The condo is just a few steps away from the beach. The beach was private with very few people when we visited in October. There are a few local restaurants on the cape but lots more in Port St Joe. There is a bike path that spans the whole length of the cape. Wonderful biking views. We even had campfires at night right on the beach. Overall, a great experience. We plan on going back next year for fall break."

"Beautiful location with lovely views from living room, porch, and master bedroom. Very comfortable beds. Kids (9 and 10) loved the crows nest with spiral staircase and bunk beds. Very convenient short boardwalk made coming in for lunch easy and quick so we could get back to the beach. We loved the private master balcony porch. Well stocked kitchen. We come here every year would love to stay here again! "
