"If you are looking for an easy, convenient, clean and tidy place close to the beach, this will fulfill your needs easily! We have been coming to the Cape for years and this was a lovely, and convenient location for us. Emily is an amazing host, who was very easy to book with, get in touch with if we needed anything, and she was a delight to deal with throughout. We were looking for a dog friendly accommodation and Emily has set her condo up to have pets. Her condo is incredibly clean and tidy and we all loved our stay. Easy, quick access to the beach from the condo, and she also has a good selection of beach items to use while staying (we brought our own) If you know the Cape - you are close to Scallop Cove for convenience and items you may have forgotten. We didn't need a massive beach place for simply my wife and I and our guests, this place worked perfectly for us. The only word to the wise is that I will say is that this is a condo with potential guests above you, and these condos have paper thin walls and floors. So, simply get to know the other guests and you'll be absolutely fine! If you need a quick getaway to the Cape and have a smaller party - look no further - you'll love it."

"We are so happy with our decision to stay at Hartley Haven! The communication with Kyle was top notch. We had a lot of questions. He was so helpful and answered them quickly. The open concept with the wall of windows in the living/kitchen/dining area was my favorite feature of this house. The view of the Gulf is stunning! We cooked a lot, and we were impressed by how well- equipped the kitchen is. There was plenty of room for our group of 16 to enjoy being together and to rest comfortably at night. I highly recommend this rental property for your next stay on beautiful Cape San Blas."

"Cleanliness was acceptable, but admittedly we are clean freaks (LOL). Beds were reasonably comfortable, and this is highly subjective but they seemed to be a little firmer than we prefer. Stove was difficult to operate, but once we figured it out it worked as it should. Beach access was spectacular. Slider doors along the back wall in the main level need attention. Very difficult to open the main door. Plus needs curtains or blinds as the back of the house faces West and the sun will blast you at the dining table."
