Getting here is a breeze with well-maintained roads that offer scenic views of the Smoky Mountains, making your drive as enjoyable as your stay. The complex sits atop a steep hill, so while access is smooth year-round, we do recommend a 4WD vehicle during the winter months for added ease.

Excellent location, quiet and peaceful. Perfect place to relax and unwind. Close to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge but did not seem like being in town. Clean and comfortable townhome.

This is the perfect location to enjoy a warm fire, include your pet, and quickly get to Dollywood. It was a fully functioning home away from home in the smoky mountains. We would definitely stay again.

Samuel was an absolutely phenomenal host and answered all questions we had instantly. We had the absolute best time here and would stay here again! The condo was beautiful and right above Dollywood! Loved walking outside and hearing the screams from the roller coasters!

Love the location, nice place, we had a great time! We wish the host were more responsive and helpful, we couldn’t use the microwave nor the coffee maker because the kitchen outlets had no power and we couldn’t get a solution from the host, the host acknowledged but no resolution.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! We were 5-10 minutes away from all of the attractions. The place was nice and clean. There was plenty of room for all of us and my kids loved the bunk bed room! The host promptly resolved any issues and was readily available when needed. We would definitely stay here again!

#### Quiet, Spacious Retreat

We really enjoyed our stay! The host was friendly, helpful, and very responsive throughout our visit. The property had plenty of space and enough beds to comfortably accommodate everyone. It’s conveniently close to town but still feels peaceful and somewhat secluded. Even during a holiday weekend, it was quiet and relaxing. We especially loved spending time around the outdoor fire pit and making use of the indoor pool. Would definitely stay here again!

Location was beautiful. The road in was step but in good condition. A few issues with house keeping. The dish washer was full of dirty dishes. The shower curtain had pink mold growing on it. No hand towels . Overall, plenty of room inside the unit. Stairs inside are steep so be aware if you have small kids or mobility issues. Also there is one parking spot available.
