“The room was clean. Breakfast needed more choices. The weak coffee was barely warm, and the hot water for hot tea was lukewarm.”

“They are in the process of remodeling the pool area making it an outdoor seasonal area. I personally don’t like indoor pools because of the excessive heat and chlorine smells. I think it will be better utilized as an outdoor area. Rooms were very clean and staff very friendly. We’ve stayed at this location many times visiting family and plan on returning.”

“The 2nd and 3rd floor are former smoking rooms that still have the horrible stench of the smoke. The 1st room I was in had a cracked window that I felt was unsafe. The 2nd room was a former smoke room. My 3rd room was back on the 1st floor with a horrible smelling desk chair....like sweat, body odor. Would never recommend this hotel.”

“Sarah is accommodating and very prompt in communication. No notebook of demands, no intrusion, no hassle - arrival and entry was flawless and the space is cute, clean and comfy with a homey vibe. Even though it's quite small, the cottage had everything we needed and we were comfortable for the week. Temps were below freezing first couple of days with a few inches of snow but the cottage stayed warm and cozy. Great space for a couple. Peace and quiet away from the city was nice.We arrived for……
