“The lady that checked us in was amazing. The room was very clean. But the website said the pool was open and when we got there it was closed for remodeling so that was very disappointing. We were laying in the bed watching TV about asleep and then the hotel phone started ringing the front desk called and we're hateful with my husband said we needed to keep the noise down. So we did not appreciate that at all.”

“I enjoyed my stay, it was a pleasant night except a few minute things. For starts it was about 7:30pm and I was talking to my dogs via ring camera for about 5minutes until the front office called me and said I was being to loud. Really? It's not even close to quite time and second I was only speaking loud for a few minutes. I could understand if it was late and I continued being loud for hours. Next was the breakfast. Don't believe what you see online. They don't have all the options you see……

“The 2nd and 3rd floor are former smoking rooms that still have the horrible stench of the smoke. The 1st room I was in had a cracked window that I felt was unsafe. The 2nd room was a former smoke room. My 3rd room was back on the 1st floor with a horrible smelling desk chair....like sweat, body odor. Would never recommend this hotel.”

“Could not have asked for a smoother check-in and out! The property is perfect for what I needed and the attention to the little details that made my stay easier (coffee pods, etc) was so appreciated!! Will stay here again when I come back to Pike Co for sure!!”
